The 372 sq. ft. studio has been newly renovated with hard surface flooring throughout, new paint on textured walls, and new lighting. In a separate room is a new kitchenette with ample new cabinetry, a new countertop with sink, a new stainless-steel refrigerator and matching microwave.
The 3/4 bathroom area includes a mirrored, double-sink vanity with wide counter space and a private shower and toilet. Broad ceiling/wall lights naturally highlight the space which features plenty of storage cabinets and drawers.
