Share with 1 other roommate, one person in each room. Close to Cal State Long Beach, Long Beach Community College, Long Beach airport, bus stop, train lines. Coin laundry next door. Small, separately-keyed bedroom, shared bathroom and kitchen. Newly remodeled kitchen with ample storage space. Kitchen includes gas range, refrigerator and microwave oven. Property is gated and has some off-street parking available on a first come first served basis. Application fee is $55, non-refundable (payable by cash, money order or via PayPal). Rent includes all utilities including high speed internet. Total move-in is $1825 ($875 first month's rent, $875 security deposit, + $75/one time fee to connect to the internet). Minimum requirements to qualify are a credit score of 620+, verifiable gross monthly income of $2625/month, no evictions, no collections. We run credit and background on all applicants.
