This community is a non-smoking community, owner pays for gas, water, sewer, and trash. Application will be emailed to you upon interest, it is $45 dollars per application in money order or cashiers check along with $100 dollars for holding deposit that is refundable if you are not approved and will go towards your full deposit if approved, your credit will be ran during this process. Pet policy requires that you put down $250 dollars additional deposit for a pet and pay up to $50 dollars monthly, we do have breed restrictions so please ask us about that. The lease is a 12 month lease.
